Universal dosimeter module
RadSens is a modular dosimeter based on Geiger-Muller counter and I2C interface. The SBM-20 tube is included. The tube is installed in holders and can be quickly dismantled. As an outgoing packet via I2C, the sensor generates 3 values:
- Dynamic radiation intensity (μR/h) with an algorithm for detecting local sources and pollution with a dynamic range of calculation time
- Static radiation intensity (μR/h) with strong averaging algorithm, for accurate measurement of radiation over a long period of time (500s).
- The number of registered pulses since the power enabled
- The range of measured radiation: 14.4 … 144,000,0 µR/h
- Sensitivity of the SBM 20-1 counter: 105 pulses/µR
- Relative sensitivity spread: 15%
- Connection Interface: I2C
- I2C bus frequency: 400 kHz
- Default I2C address: 0x66
- Supply voltage: 3.3V
- Maximum current consumption: 50 mA
- Dimensions: 120 x 21 x 13.5 mm
- Device weight (approx.): 12 g
